20-Year Limited Warranty

The aurauto TGR2-X1 is covered by a 20-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The powered titanium anode itself is designed to be permanent — unlike sacrificial magnesium or aluminum anodes, it never depletes, which is why the warranty term matches the expected life of a typical residential water heater.

  • Covers defects in materials and workmanship of the TGR2-X1 unit.
  • Applies to the original purchaser.
What a typical limited warranty does not cover. As with most limited warranties, claims are typically not covered for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow the installation instructions — for example, installing the TGR2-X1 in a tank without a dedicated anode port. These are general industry-standard limitations and specific coverage is determined on a case-by-case basis when you contact us. If in doubt, ask us before installing.
