20-Year Limited Warranty

The aurauto TGR2-X1 is covered by a 20-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The powered titanium anode itself is designed to be permanent —unlike sacrificial magnesium or aluminum anodes, it never depletes, which is why the warranty term matches the expected life of a typical residential water heater.

  • Covers defects in materials and workmanship of the TGR2-X1 unit.
  • Applies to the original purchaser.
What a typical limited warranty does not cover. As with most limited warranties, claims are typically not covered for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow the installation instructions — for example, installing the Standard Kit on a Bradford White hot-water-outlet tank, or skipping the tee fittings in the Bradford White Kit. Use the kit that matches your tank. These are general industry-standard limitations and specific coverage is determined on a case-by-case basis when you contact us. If in doubt, ask us before installing.

Changed your mind? If the package is unopened, you can return it within 30 days of delivery —no questions asked. Returns are handled by mail, and return shipping is free.
